What to Expect During an Online Zoom Session
Before the session begins, you’ll be sent a Zoom link. And you'll be invited to create a quiet, comfortable space where you won’t be disturbed for the duration of your session. You might light a candle, play soft music, or simply rest in stillness. As the session begins, you’ll be guided to relax and receive. Some people drift into a meditative state; others may feel subtle physical sensations or experience imagery or emotions as energy moves through the system. There is nothing you need to “do” to make Reiki work—simply open your awareness and allow.
